Purpose: establishes guidelines, as applicable, for the provision and coordination of behavioral health services regarding the Pre-Petition Screening, Court Ordered Evaluation (COE), and Court Ordered Treatment (COT) process.

Opening Reason: To address Arizona House Bill 2744 - Allows petitions submitted by guardians and spouses (and parents as listed above) to bypass the screening agency and SB1309 -incorporates information provided by family/referring individuals.
