Purpose: Establishes requirements for the Contractor and their subcontractors regarding the development, approval, and distribution of Member Identification Cards (ID Cards) for AHCCCS members.

Opening Reason: To include additional pharmacy information on Identification (ID) cards and to clarify any new ID Card mailing shall include the most recent version of the Contractor’s Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP).
